Technofire was founded in 1998 by Birendra Kumar Pandey — built on resilience, responsibility and a single belief: deliver reliable fire safety with honesty.
Born in 1965 in a small village near Ranchi Road — now known as Ramgarh, Jharkhand — Birendra Kumar Pandey came from a humble background where opportunities were limited but responsibilities were not. From an early age, he carried the weight of supporting his family, ensuring the well-being of his parents and sisters.
After completing his graduation, he made a life-changing decision — leaving his hometown with his wife in search of better opportunities. His career began from the ground up: he worked as a hotel manager, learning discipline, operations and customer service; then explored the tour and travel business, building real-world experience in handling clients and managing logistics.
But deep down, he wanted to build something of his own — something meaningful, something impactful. In 1998, with limited resources but unlimited determination, he founded Technofire.
Starting wasn't easy: financial limitations, family responsibilities, no industry connections, no safety net. Yet he continued — step by step, client by client — guided by a single principle: deliver reliable fire safety solutions with honesty and commitment.
Today, Technofire serves clients across NCR, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh with a commitment to safety, quality and long-term relationships. From a small village to India's industrial floors — the story is one of courage, sacrifice, growth and an unwavering belief in building something meaningful from nothing.
